What to know before you start
Preparation prevents cracks
Concrete is only as good as what it sits on. We prepare the subgrade, install the base and place reinforcement before the pour. Control joints are cut where the slab is most likely to crack so it cracks where you cannot see it.
Weather and scheduling
Rain and extreme heat both affect a pour. We plan the day around the forecast and tell you if a job is better moved.

Do you remove my old driveway?
Yes. Demolition, haul-off and the new pour can be one project with one price.
Do I need a permit for a driveway?
Work on your own property often does not, but work in the public right-of-way, such as a driveway apron or sidewalk, usually requires a city permit. We will tell you what applies.
How long before I can drive on it?
Curing takes time and depends on the mix and the weather. We will tell you when it is safe to walk on and when it is ready for vehicles.
